Our Story

Highway 6 Interests (H6I) was formed in 1998 by John Benkenstein and Albert Rathmell for the purposes of developing commercial properties as long term positions. To date H6I has developed and acquired numerous multi-tenant commercial properties, which include shopping centers and flexible office warehouses. H6I completely manages and carries developments through all phases of construction, along with marketing, lease-up and asset management. H6I success is credited to its ability to complete projects timely with a hands on approach dealing directly with each tenant.
